Returns & Refunds Policy

At Jake's Cakes and Bakes, we take great pride in creating high-quality, gluten-free baked treats that are safe for coeliacs and full of flavour. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, and we’re here to help if something isn’t quite right.

Perishable Goods

As all our products are freshly made and perishable, we are unable to accept returns.

However, if there is an issue with your order—such as it arriving damaged, incorrect, or not meeting your expectations—please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery at info@jakescakesandbakes.co.uk. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will do our best to resolve the problem quickly. 

Once we have dispatched your order, we are unable to accept any responsibility for delays in delivery.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours after being placed, provided they have not already been prepared or dispatched. Please email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation once it has been issued.

Allergies & Intolerances

All our products are gluten-free and made in a dedicated gluten-free kitchen. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to check all ingredients listed before placing an order. We cannot accept returns or refunds for issues related to undeclared allergies beyond gluten.
