What we've done here is taken a classic dessert and transformed it into a gloriously gluten free traybake.

Chunky pieces of Bramley Apple are packed into our signature white chocolate blondie, and the whole thing is topped off with the sort of rich, buttery crumble that your Nan would be proud to call her own.
