For this delicious seasonal offering, we've infused our classic gluten free blondie with mixed spices and ditched the white chocolate chips in favour of some golden caramel ones instead - they have a much fuller flavour which compliments the spice ten times more!

On top of that is an ooooozy layer of lightly spiced homemade caramel.

The whole thing is finished off with a layer of golden chocolate, which is swirled with milk chocolate because it looked nice.
