This slice was born as a vegetarian alternative to rocky road - it's got a chocolatey base which is packed full of crushed cookie pieces.

The real highlight though is the chocolate caramel layer. It's a thing of beauty. It's still got all the classic elements of caramel (soft, sweet, gooey) but with a life changing chocolatey twist.
