Our Cookies & Cream Brownie is made using our signature gluten free brownie base - it's got a rich, fudgey texture that is perfect for any chocolate lover.

We then top the brownie with a delicious layer of cookies & cream filling, which is made up of a creamy, oreo style spread and packed with biscuit pieces. 

The whole experience is finished off with a sweet white chocolate layer and crushed bourbon biscuits - a mouthwatering experience which just happens to be 100% gluten free and coeliac safe.
