Our signature gluten free brownie is a thing of beauty - it's rich, fudgey and melts in the mouth.

But we wanted to take it to the next level, and to do that we've added a crunchy, chocolate cornflake topping. Texturally, this bake is excellent - it's got that classic brownie texture but with the nostalgic crunch of an old school cornflake cake.
