Gold chocolate is white chocolate that has been caramelised to give a bold and rich caramel flavour - and that's also a perfect way to describe this blondie.

It's made with golden chocolate chips, topped with a gold chocolate ganache and, because that's not enough gold, I've even given it a sparkly, golden finish.

Looks great but tastes even better.
