Each one of our individual cookie pies features a gluten free cookie dough base, filled with a deliciously chocolatey centre.

This one is inspired by two old school classics - Gold biscuit bars and Caramac chocolate. The core of the pie is a rich, golden caramel spread, with the crunch provided by crushed Custard Cream biscuits.

Can be cut into 4 pieces or just grab a fork and dig in!
