Inspired by the viral Dubai Pistachio Chocolate Bar - this bake features our classic gluten free brownie base and a crunchy, nutty, pistachio flavoured centre.

The crunchiness comes from a pistachio creme & cornflake filling that is reminiscent of old school corn flake cakes, but with a modern internet inspired twist (pistachios instead of chocolate).

The topping is made from milk chocolate & crushed pistachios.
